Empowering women, children and the community through education, fundraising, and volunteer work.

Our Story

Compass Empowerment Society is a nonprofit public benefit corporation located in Huntington Beach, California. Started by a group of friends and their mothers, CES began by hosting backyard events aimed at getting busy, working moms and their children involved in giving back.

A Place Where Friends Make a Difference

Today, our organization has grown to include women-owned business mixers, fundraisers to support domestic violence and community resource centers, efforts to provide books and supplies to low-income schools, family-friendly beach clean-ups, holiday adoptions, and other opportunities that bring friends together while directly impacting people in need.

We look forward to meeting you at one of our upcoming events.

Meeting friends, shaping our children, and helping people along the way.

Our Philosophy.

We believe in the power of community, sisterhood, and friendship; in second chances and in do overs; and we wholehearted understand that every person should feel safe in their environment, confident in themselves, and supported in their efforts to follow their academic, professional, and personal goals.

We understand that the world is what we make it, and that acts of kindness influence personal, societal, and global well-being. We share our efforts to support the community with our children; this teaches them responsibility and increases their understanding of the important role they play in shaping society.

We become empowered through empowering others. Please join us for our next charity event.

  • We're a group of friends and strangers, meeting to have fun and help the community along the way.

  • We organize events that directly support local crisis resource centers, families in need, and women and children seeking safety, support, and educational or career advancement.

  • Keeping in touch with CES is a great way to get involved in charitable causes, meet new friends, and teach your children the benefits of giving back.

There is no time or monetary commitment to be involved with our organization. Just join in on the fun when you can.
